Replying to @gregluna1949 ⁉️ Do you agree with Greg’s statement? -I think the more important question is Do you feel comfortable in your own skin? There is nothing better in life than feeling comfortable in your own skin. Both men and women face changes as we age, and it’s time to break the stigma around gray hair. Simply coloring our hair doesn’t necessarily make us look younger; true beauty shines from within. We can learn to surrender to the natural process of aging instead of fighting it. The moment we start listening to what our soul truly wants and desires—when we begin to look in the mirror with love instead of disdain—that's when genuine self-acceptance can begin. One thing I know to be true: when we change the way we see things, the things we see change. It will forever be an inside job. Ultimately, no amount of makeup, hair dye, cosmetic procedures, or material things can provide lasting self-acceptance and inner peace. Of course, we want to feel good about who we see in the mirror, but no matter what the outside looks like, we must cultivate that love from within. I'm convinced that's what makes anyone truly beautiful. A timeless beauty comes from self-love and acceptance. 🦋Letting go of outside expectations is the best thing we can do to greatly enhance our personal growth. XOXO, V🌸 #
