Can we please stop fad dieting in 2025?!?😵‍💫At the start of my fitness journey, back in 2017, there was a trend going around that low fat and low carb dieting is the best way to build muscle, be fit, and stay lean but this isn’t true!!! We need fats for our brain to function! We need carbs for fiber and for energy! The best thing you can do to help you lose weight and have a fit body is: 1️⃣ Have a consistent training schedule that works for you and doesn’t overwhelm you. 2️⃣ Have a balanced diet of different fruits, veggies, fats, and proteins that you actually ENJOY and satisfy you. Cutting out food groups is not the solution to help you lose weight or be fit! It’s all about eating a balance diet with foods to help nourish your body🫶🏼 #faddietsdontwork #faddietsfail #weightlosscoaching #weightlossjouney #wholefoodsdiet #holisticfitnesscoach #holisticfitness #holisticnutrition
Replying to @P. 🌸 Restrictive dieting is not the solution to having a fit body or getting a fit body “faster”! There is no such thing as “fast” results when it comes to fitness. The work you put in is the result you will get out, like with anything in life. Eating a balance diet of protein, fiber, and healthy fats to fuel your body will help you feel good from the inside out! Fitness is about creating a lifestyle around being active and healthy! Restrictive dieting literally does the complete opposite of that because it’s not sustainable or healthy in any way. I hope this explanation was helpful😊 #greenscreen #fitnotskkinny #saynotorestrictivediets #faddietsfail #faddietsdontwork #weightlosscoaching #weightlossjouney #holisticfitnesscoach #holisticfitness #holisticnutrition #wholefoodsdiet
