Creamy home style chicken noodle soup🥣✨ INGREDIENTS: 64 oz chicken broth 1 block cream cheese, room temp 4 tbsp butter 1 rotisserie chicken shredded (or cook chicken) 5-6 carrots depending on size, chopped 5 stalks celery, chopped 3 green onion or could use white onion 1 tbsp minced garlic Salt Pepper Ranch seasoning, about 1/2 packet 12 oz Egg Noodles DIRECTIONS: In a large pot sauté carrots, celery, onion, and butter. Once veggies are softened I add minced garlic and 1 block of softened cream cheese. Stir in and let the cream cheese melt completely then stir again. Increase to high heat, Stir in 2 boxes of chicken broth, shredded chicken and seasonings (salt, pepper, ranch seasoning) bring to boil. Add 12 ounces of egg noodles and boil until Al dente. Serve with crackers. If needed add water or more chicken broth to make it more soupy or if you are reheating the next day.
