🍗The Best Fried Chicken For Weight Loss🍗  The flavor, the macros, the ease to make, you can’t beat it! This is one of my new favorite ways to make salmon. Try it out and thank me later 😋  ✅ Macros: 500 calories 54g protein 23g fat 45g carbs ✅ Ingredients:  -8oz boneless skinless chicken breast tenders  -30g corn flakes  -1 egg  -20g cocunut flour  -Seasonings: garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika  Your Sauce of choice:
