Start off the repay by creating: * Federal Tax exemption for ALL Afrikan Americans (IRS, mortgage, property tax, etc. ALL exempt) * Federal Tax REFUND/BACKPAY for 30-40 years per Afrikan American or half the age if they are less than 30 years old. * State Tax refund for 30-40 years per Afrikan American or half the age if they are less than 30 years old. * No federal, state or local city taxes required for each Afrikan American (includes IRS, property tax, local sales or any goods or services, medical, etc.).
