✨Fertility Conscious Kitchen Swaps✨ • • • Remember, it’s baby steps— do what you can, when you can! Your changes add up to mean big improvements for your body! So don’t discount the tiniest swaps and tweaks. This is about 4 years of effort in being mindful of the kitchen tools we were purchasing. We are also very lucky and we’re gifted many of these things when we got married! • ✨I started using filtered water whenever possible. If you have a Berkey, I’d love to hear your experience! ✨I ditched anything with Teflon years ago and started to only cook on stainless steel(except that one pesky pan that someone in our house can’t let go of) but it took us many years to accumulate this many pits and pans because it can be costly to purchase stainless steel only. ✨Including our measuring cups— we have stainless steel or the cutest ceramic ones from @anthropologie ✨I know you saw the recent news scare about the plastic cooking utensils. While I think it was blown out of proportion, there’s no denying that microplastics are a big, big problem so I choose to use wooden spoons when stainless steel doesn’t work/isn’t appropriate! • • • Anyone else swapping out stuff in your kitchen? • • • #fertilityjourney #fertilitysupport #fertilitytips #fertilityfood #fertilityhealth #ttctips #microplastics
