We talked about getting organized for 2025, now lets talk about how to stay organized🤍: 1. Categorize Your To Do List This way you’re not looking at one giant list and getting overwhelmed. You can categorized them by priority (high, medium, low) or by responsibility (work, home, kids, personal, etc.) But keep it simple and don’t split your attention in too many directions in one day! 2. Color Code Your Lists & Events This way you have a visual distinction of your events and tasks to help the feeling of being overwhelmed and stressed. 3. Have A Decluttering Schedule In order to stay organized after a big declutter/cleaning is to keep up with it throughout the year. Whether it’s doing a digital declutter every 3 months, a closet clean out every season, or a fridge clean out every week. 4. Create a Filing System Whether it’s a paper or digital system - your paperwork, planners, notebooks, notes, etc should be organized so there isn’t any confusion and things don’t get lost. 5. Prioritize Your Tasks A reason why we may feel unorganized is because we don’t know how or what to prioritize. You can prioritize your tasks by basing them off of urgency, deadlines, and importance.
