Replying to @GldnXP i got you with the names for some of the fundamental motions. these are the first motions to master and i recommend mastering them with both hands: 1.) Ka’ka (rolling over the hand) 2.) vili lua (two hand spin) 3.) vili tasi (one hand spin) 4.) kakai (figure 8 motion) when you practice and train, make sure you have a wide and strong stance with your legs, and always catch the fireknife with the blade up. i recommend doing 3-5 sets of 10 with no drops for each move. once you can do that, you can combine these moves together for a very simple routine and you’ll be ready for some more moves 🤙🏽 #fireknife #sivaafi #ailao #ailaoafi #samoa #siva
