I had all the plans for this to be a fire glute session, but my little one had other ideas. Sometimes you just have to roll with it and make the most of the time you’ve got! Tone and Burn Full Body Workout🔥 This workout is all about building strength, burning fat, and feeling amazing in your body. It's a combo of functional movements to get you sweating and sculpting  1️⃣Reverse Lunge to Hammer Curl - 12 reps per side 2️⃣Squat to Overhead Press - 12 reps 3️⃣Curtsy Lunge to Bicep Curl - 10 reps per side 4️⃣Squat to Front Raise - 12 reps 5️⃣Plank Row to Side Lunge with Bicep Curl - 10 reps per side 6️⃣Squat to Alternating Twist with Overhead Press - 12 reps (6 each side) 7️⃣Kneeling Dumbbell Press - 12 reps 🛑Complete 3 rounds in about 30-40 minutes, including short rest breaks.
