Struggling to figure out what to do for your workouts? 🏋️‍♂️ I’ve been there—wasting time trying to come up with something “perfect” and ending up doing the same old thing (or skipping it altogether). That’s why I started using this simple, foolproof method to create quick and efficient workouts I can knock out daily without overthinking. 💡 The best part? It works even if you don’t have a lot of experience or equipment. 1. Pick 2-3 strength exercises to complete a few sets of each. Maybe like Bench Press and Shoulder Press. Do 3-4 sets of each depending on time.  2. Finish with a conditioning circuit of 3 simple movements. Choose 2 exercises and one cardio option. Maybe it’s pushups and lunges, along with rowing. Choose your reps. Then just cycle through these for a set time.  That’s it. Obviously I’d recommend some sort of short warmup and cool down as well.
