A smattering of realistic, "imperfect" eats from the week! . Every week if different and this was just this one 💕 Hopefully it gives you some ideas, inspiration or just helps ya realize healthy eating doesn't have to be all perfectly plated dishes with every ingredient purchased from Whole Foods (Nothing wrong with that- just not my reality!) All recipes I used are in my app (link in bio to download!) . ❤️#nofoodrules #intuitiveeating #foodfreedom #nondiet #nutritiontips

I remember the moment reflux completely took over my life. At first, I could pinpoint a few trigger foods and avoid them, but over time, it felt like everything I ate caused symptoms. Even my “safe foods” were triggering me—foods I’d never had issues with before. I was dealing with burning in my throat, constant nausea, a lump-in-throat sensation, and that awful chest tightness after almost every meal. The anxiety around food became unbearable, and I started cutting more and more out of my diet. Eventually, I was left eating just 4-5 “safe” foods on repeat—plain rice, chicken, zucchini, bananas, and almond milk. But what I didn’t realize at the time was that this extreme restriction wasn’t helping. In fact, it was harming my gut health and making my symptoms worse. My body was crying out for help, but the answer wasn’t in avoiding more foods. The real turning point came when I realized it wasn’t the food itself causing my symptoms—it was deeper. Underlying root causes like stress, gut motility issues, and a hypersensitive digestive system were the real drivers. Once I started addressing those, everything began to change. My symptoms improved, I felt less fear around food, and I could finally start nourishing my body again without pain or anxiety. 💡 If this story sounds like your life right now, take the Reflux Relief Quiz in my bio to discover your next steps. Saying you "can" eat the whole thing takes you away from your bodies cues, you're letting the container dictate the serving size VS you and your body. . Making this choice consistently over time ("I "can" eat the whole thing so I'm gonna!") can condition you to finish the whole thing... even if it's something more rich. Not that it's bad or wrong to finish a pint, no judgement! you CAN eat a whole pint of whatever you want, but the moral of the story is we want YOU to decide how much of whatever type of ice cream you feel most satisfied with... not the container . Now there is nothing wrong with choosing a lighter ice cream if you enjoy and find it satisfying. But choosing it because you're fearful of the real deal or feel it's "bad" is another story. . Instead of eating a set amount put some in a bowl, knowing you can go back for more. and try eating mindfully- tuning into your body and satisfaction cues. There is a whole mindful eating toolbox in my app that you can use to practice and reflect on this. Give 'em a go- I think you'll find them super helpful (and fun!) the link to download the app for free is in my bio. . ❤️#nofoodrules #intuitiveeating #foodfreedom #nondiet #nutritiontips

If you had told me a few years ago that gaining 15lbs would change my life for the better, I probably would have laughed (or cried) in disbelief. Back then, I was stuck in a cycle of restricting, overanalyzing every calorie, and striving to shrink myself as much as possible—physically and emotionally. But here’s the truth: gaining weight didn’t just transform my body—it transformed me. ✨ I grew my glutes 5x the size—turns out, muscle doesn’t build on fear and restriction, it grows with proper fuel and care. ✨ I gained freedom and happiness to live my life fully, without obsessing over food or my body. Now I can travel, adventure, and enjoy time with friends&family without fear. ✨ I became stronger and empowered, realizing my body is capable of so much more than just looking a certain way— lifting heavy is POWER. ✨ I stopped getting anxiety around food and social situations, finally enjoying my favorite meals and time with friends without guilt. ✨ I stopped losing hair and gained energy again—my body started thriving instead of just surviving. ✨ I found self-love and space to let others love me, too. Building confidence in myself opened the door to stronger friendships, deeper connections, and even my relationship with my amazing boyfriend. ✨ I found balance, peace, and hope for my future—because I stopped living in a constant battle with myself. It wasn’t easy. It took patience, trust, and letting go of the belief that smaller was always better. But on the other side of that fear? I found a life I didn’t even know was possible. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re fighting against your body instead of working with it, I want you to know—you’re not alone. And there’s a way out of the cycle. As a coach, I’ve been where you are, and I’m here to help you build a life of strength, freedom, and confidence, too. 💪🏼 Online coaching link in bio or go to investwithceleste.us if you’re ready to gain YOUR freedom 💕 xoxo @celestefisherfitness #FoodFreedom #SelfLoveJourney #GluteGrowth #BalanceNotPerfection #StrongerEveryDay #HealingJourney #ConfidenceBuilding #EmpoweredWomen #nutritiontips #StrengthTrainingForWomen #FitnessJourney #BodyConfidence #MindBodyConnection
