For world carnivore month, I am eating 1 steak (or more!) every single day! I did full keto for close to a year, followed by an animal based diet the last 4 years. This, coupled with lifestyle change, has reversed both my and my husband's chronic health conditions (infertility, psoriatic arthritis, depression, anxiety etc) and neither of us has to rely any prescription medications any longer! Over the holidays, I definitely consumed more sugar and food that I am not used to having all the time. Between holiday treats, eating out, eating more food prepared by others, etc - it can be hard on the gut! For a nice reset, I am eating clean as I usually do, but I am incorporating at least 1 steak per day! I do breakfast around 7am, which is usually raw kefir, colostrum, and eggs. For an early lunch between 10:30 and 11, I have a nice big steak. And dinner between 4 and 5pm has either been more steak or some other meal that I prepare from scratch. After dinner, I have been making sure not to snack and fast for as long as possible into the next day. I noticed after lunch that I am full for HOURS. When I was full keto, I had the most energy, mental clarity, and focus than I have ever had in my life! This diet can be absolutely life changing! I have heard so many testimonies of folks reversing things like diabetes, auto immune conditions, skin conditions, and more! It is worth researching! I am also using the PBX zeolite pack on myself and my family to clean out our guts!!
