7 ingredient, 30 min gochujang-buffalo chicken dip to kick off my Super Bowl series! RECIPE 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2 c shredded chicken breast 1/2 c cayenne peper sauce 1 1/2-2 tbsp gochujang 3/4 c ranch or blue cheese dressing 2 c cheddar cheese 1/2 c mozzarella cheese - Preheat oven to 375 °F. Add all ingredients, excluding 1 c of cheddar & 1/2 c mozzarella, to a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a baking dish & top with remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 mins uncovered or until bubbly. Garnish with herbs of choice—I recommend chives & green onions.
