What makes the food at Valla Table so special is that they pay homage to the ingredients and flavors they grew up with 🇹🇭 This is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. In my opinion, Valla Table (📍641 10th Ave, New York, NY), makes some of the most delicious Thai food in all of NYC. However, I wanted to focus on their Khao Soi, because the noodles and broth really stand out. Chuck and his team import their Khao Soi noodles from Chang Mai. As a result, the noodles have a different “life” to them. Extremely bouncy and perfectly chewy. Brought my friend to one of the highest rated dessert spots in NYC, @chocolatehouse! This was my first time trying the very popular Dubai strawberry cup which includes milk chocolate, pistachio butter, and kunafa. Additionally, we really enjoyed their cheesecake, churro bites, and crepe options!
