Full Body Pilates ‼️ If you haven’t already added pilates to your workouts then you are really missing out 🤷🏾♀️ The exercises may LOOK easy, but they actually really challenge your body in a entirely different way than a traditional weighted workout—while adding variety to your workout splits so that workouts are overall more enjoyable. All you need for this workout is a weighted ball (mine is 5lbs) and sliders OR a hand cloth Tips: 📌 really focus on tightening your core in all of the movements. A cue that helps me is to think of zipping up your entire midsection from top to bottom with an imaginary zipper 📌exercise 1 really works the adductors (inner thighs) and glutes at the same time🙌🏾 📌exercise 4 is a bit tricky—to stand up from that bottom squat position, try to pop up with some momentum…you will FEEL this exercise throughout your lower body My 1:1 COACHING APP IS LIVE ‼️ Your fitness journey doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful💯.
