This isn’t about six-pack abs, growing a butt that rivals a BBL or turning heads at the beach.   It’s about strength. It’s about showing up for yourself when life gives you every excuse not to.  It’s about the absolute joy in doing something you never thought possible and carrying that power into your daily life.  💥 A client fighting MS, proving his body is stronger than his diagnosis. 💥 Another crushing her first chin-up in her 60s. 💥 One hitting her first weight-loss milestone and gaining so much more in confidence. 💥 a mom of three who refuses to quit—even when life gets messy.
