Apple nachos!! 🍎 This has been a staple snack in our household for the last (at least) 10 years. It is fairly healthy, the possibilities are endless, easy to make, and it’s ridiculously delicious! Slice your apple, melt your peanut butter and pour it on top, and add your toppings! You can use vanilla greek yogurt and chocolate chips, like I did. But some other good options are coconut, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, dried fruit, berries, cocoa powder, marshmallows, cinnamon, dry cereal, or granola!
