Caviar Series Ep.1/5 : Spruced Up Chips & Caviar... these cacio e pepe inspired chips are SO good on their own but the caviar takes them up a notch! Ingredients: * 1 bag kettle unsalted. * 1/2-1 tsp MSG. * Pinch of seasoned salt or plain salt. * Lots of black pepper. * Parmigiano or Pecorino to taste but be liberal. * 1 tbsp dried chives. * Fresh chives to taste. * Crème fraîche. * Caviar to taste (I'm using Sevruga). Directions: 1. Spread the chips on an even layer on a baking sheet. Add the parm, a lot of it and black pepper. Again, lots of it. 2. Bake at 300F for 10-12 min. 3. Mix the salt, dried chives and msg. Sprinkle over the chips. 4. Top with fresh chives, serve with the caviar and creme fraiche. #holidayfood #gamedaysnacks #kettlechips #caviar #snacks

Pretzel dogs Follow for more. 1 8 count refrigerated flaky biscuits  Hotdogs mini or large cut  1/4 cup baking soda  8 cups water coarse salt  2 tbs melted butter Rip each biscuit in half and cut into strips wrap and seal around hotdogs. Bring water to a boil and slowly add in baking soda. Add in biscuit pieces a couple at a time for 15-20 seconds then place onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Brush each bite with melted butter and a sprinkle of coarse salt. How to make it down below, make sure to save & let me know if you give it a try 👀 👇🏼 MACOS BELOW 👇🏼 INGREDIENTS: - Red Potatoes - 1 tbsp butter - Fresh parsley - Grated parmesan - 1 tsp minced garlic - Salt INSTRUCTIONS: - Boil the potato’s for 15 minutes or until fork-tender - Using a flat surface like a glass, crush the potatoes until flat. - Mix butter, garlic and parsley and mix then brush evenly on potatoes. - Add Parmesan on potatoes then season with salt and pepper. - Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy. DIPPING SAUCE: - 1/4 cup light mayo (you can use greek yogurt to make this higher protein) - 1 tbsp water (add more water for a runny dressing & add less water for a thicker dressing) - 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil (this is the best olive oil to use for flavor) - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp minced garlic - Black pepper - Salt - Fresh dill POTATOES:  46.3 CALS /  2P / 2.5F /  4.6C ~ Per Serving (serving size 1, recipe made 8) DIPPING SAUCE: 260 CALS / 0P / 28F / 4C ~ Entire Dipping Sauce (makes ~ 3-4 servings) Some tips for this recipe: 1.
