After not utilizing several pull-offs I usually just pass the perpetrator and continue on. Sometimes we try to lend a helping hand of communication for those helpless in the pack behind. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We use most all of the 108 pull-offs while in our big truck and trailer (not over 30'). They are easy to use and only take a few seconds out of your trips.
