In Spanish, seagulls are called gaviotas. These graceful birds stand for freedom, resilience, and the pull of adventure. To me, gaviotas embody taking risks and trusting the winds to carry them to new places. They remind me that even in unpredictable waters, we can find the strength to soar. Like gaviotas, I feel drawn to the unknown. I crave freedom and the thrill of possibility. There’s always a moment of doubt before the leap, but the call to rise above is always louder. I’m inspired by risk-takers, dreamers, and wanderers who refuse to stay grounded by fear. Their courage is magnetic, their belief in what’s possible; contagious. They remind me that life isn’t meant to be lived watching the skies but flying through them, wings wide, chasing the extraordinary. This image began to take shape back during Sony Creative Space in NYC, as I watched Brooke pour her whole heart into inspiring others. Asking her to “leap” 🤭 while I snapped some pictures. Every creative idea, every bold choice, every new beginning starts here: in the space where unknowns meets bravery. It’s not about knowing the destination; it’s about trusting the pull, the wild gaviota inside you, urging you to lift off. So, I ask, where will your leap take you in 2025? .
