Hello All, I express my sincere gratitude for the overwhelming support and affection shown today. It was indeed a highly successful day, a stark contrast to recent performance. However, due to ongoing and unresolved facility issues—including a leaking roof, inadequate heating (a critical concern), water damage, and critically, insufficient customer traffic—I've made the difficult decision to relocate from this mall. Continued operation here risks closure within the month due to unsustainable sales volume. Persistent feedback indicated that customer traffic was significantly lower than anticipated and that relocation would be beneficial. Therefore, I am pursuing that course of action.. We have secured a new, approved location, independent of a mall, which will significantly benefit our operations. Revised operating hours will be 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing us to sell more breakfast and coffee. Furthermore, we will reinstate gluten-free and vegan options and introduce cake decorating services. Despite securing a new location and obtaining necessary approvals, three months of significantly reduced customer traffic has depleted our operating reserves. To facilitate our relocation, we have begun accepting donations; contributions may be made during our operating hours throughout this month. A GoFundMe campaign is also being established. Furthermore, we are implementing a "Dollar Cupcake Day" promotion each Saturday in February, and Valentine's Day boxes remain available for purchase. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
