You’ll spray a little oil on a non stick pan Mix the egg, egg whites, spinach, nutritional yeast, and, cottage cheese in a bowl. Scramble with seasonings of your choice. Mental health matters ! I still have hard times but I’m doing so much better. I’m on extreme sides of the spectrum when I used to let hard times get to me ! Either I’m HONGRY HONGRY or fighting to have an appetite. And right now I am in a comfortable place mentally, still working on me but muchhhhh better thank you God! You can take all the supplements you want but if your mental isn’t being worked on it will be harder to get results.
