Family pictures can stress out any mom. The amount of planning that goes into coordinating outfits, picking a photographer, deciding on a location, and trying to guess whether your sweet, adorable children will show up or if they’ll be feral animals for that very expensive hour is enough to make any mom sweat. Now sprinkle in hair loss, insecurities, deciding what hair to wear. Yikes…🙃 This is why finding “your people” is so important. Not only does “my people” include friends and family but also the hair loss and wig wearing community here on Instagram. These amazing people have encouraged me to always be true to myself and helped give me the confidence to embrace who I am in front of that camera, wig or no wig. Capturing all of these different versions of myself is the best reminder that while I may not have a lot of hair, I have a lot of heart. My heart is made up of the husband that has loved me through this crazy hair journey and more, these three beautiful little humans that fill me with endless joy even when they act feral (which thankfully they didn’t during this shoot), and the contentment I feel as I continue to evolve into the wife, mother, and woman I am meant to be. When I look at these pictures, I don’t see hair. I see my heart. ❤️ #F#Femalehairlossh#hairlosscommunityh#hairtokh#hairh#hairlosshelpw#wiglifea#alopeciaawarenessh#hairlossawarenessa#autoimmunewarriorw#womensupportingwomeni#itsawigw#wearthehairc#confidenceiscontagiousw#wigsw#wigsw#wigtokw#wighairw#wighairdontcarei#ilovewigsg#girlssupportinggirlsw#whenwomenwina#alopeciaareataa#alopeciaa#alopeciauniversalisa#androgenicalopeciatrichotillomania
