āLosing my hair has been one of the hardest parts of living with a chronic illness. Itās not something I ever expected, and while I often hear, āOh, Iām so sorryādo you have cancer?ā I have to explain that my hair loss isnāt from cancer but from the toll my chronic illness has taken on my body. Itās a strange and emotional journey to grieve something as personal as your hair, especially when itās tied to how we often define beauty. But Iām learning that strength and beauty have nothing to do with hair. They come from the resilience we show every day, from the courage it takes to keep going when things feel impossible. To anyone else losing their hair for any reason: You are not alone. Your worth isnāt tied to how you look, and your journey is valid, no matter what others assume. You are beautiful, strong, and so much more than whatās on the outside. š
