Beginner tip: Form and Mind to muscle connection is so much more important than going heavy, so if you’re not feeling it right away, don’t give up , it sometimes takes a few tries to get it right. Try lighter weight I promise you will still see results and you will progressively get better and stronger Workout details ⬇️ 1. RDL (medium to heavy) ( 4x 12,10,8,6) 2. Cable kicks backs (medium/ heavy weight) (4x 15 each leg) 3. Hip thrust (medium to heavy) (4x 12,10,8,failure) 4. Sumo squat to pulses (heavy) (4x10 + 5 pulses)
