hey guys- back again today with some thoughts and updates I wanted to share with you … So a couple days ago I talked about @Brianna LaPaglia and how she’s inspired me, especially since we’ve both gone through very public breakups. My journey, like Bri’s, has been hard… but her courage has moved me deeply. Her #SportsIllustrated feature, and her commentary on the @BFFs Pod about her situation, has helped me in more ways that I can articulate. And her bravery in reclaiming her power reminds me to keep going, even as I navigate the exhausting struggles of divorce and legal battles. As you guys know, 2024 brought both blessings and challenges; but it was an especially traumatic year for me. I had hoped 2025 would be a year of renewal, but it has already tested my resilience in unimaginable ways. As I mentioned in a post, last week was very devastating: my family was evacuated and our family home was destroyed in the #Palisadesfire, my beloved mother-in-law passed away, a critical federal mediation ended without resolution, and my divorce trial was delayed due to a snowstorm… its been a heavy time to say the least … Anyway… After returning home to Hawaii couple days ago, I learned my divorce trial is now set for next Thursday, January 23… requiring me to fly back to Georgia. 2025…. #hardrelate #briannalapaglia #freespeech #womensupportingwomen
