If women dieted like men, our results might come quickly, but they would NEVER LAST. 🙅🏻♀️
Men’s bodies are built differently and can handle stress at a higher level than women’s bodies.
⬆️ High stress = high cortisol = blood sugar imbalance, which means your body won’t burn fat.
😴 High cortisol also affects sleep, which means lower testosterone, which helps with sex drive, energy, and muscle building.
🌸 High Cortisol also causes an imbalance in progesterone and estrogen, disrupting ovulation and giving you PMS and estrogen-dominant-like symptoms.
As a coach, it’s frustrating to see women who need this education and weight loss support are unable to get it due to their partner’s LACK of knowledge about the female body. I said what I said.
Unfortunately, it is harder for women to change physically than it is for men.
