We need to talk. If you’re post-op and still finding yourself bingeing, you are NOT alone. We’ve been there too, and we’re both dealing with regain. This journey is messy, but let’s get real about what’s going on and how to tackle it! 💪💙 1️⃣ You’re Not Eating Enough During the Day Skipping meals? Not getting enough protein? If you’re running on empty, your body is gonna demand fuel later. The fix? Prioritize balanced meals and protein throughout the day so you’re not starving by dinner! 2️⃣ You’re Eating Your Feelings Stress, boredom, sadness—been there, done that. Food feels comforting in the moment, but it’s a short-term fix. Instead, try journaling, going for a walk, or calling your support system when the urge hits. 💕 3️⃣ You’re Not Hydrated Yep, thirst can disguise itself as hunger! If you’re constantly snacking, ask yourself—have I had my water today? Aim for at least 64oz daily (or more if your plan says so!). Hydration = fewer cravings. 💦 4️⃣ Old Habits Are Creeping Back Mindless snacking while watching TV? Grabbing handfuls without thinking? These habits don’t disappear overnight. Try setting a structure—pre-portion snacks, eat mindfully, and recognize when old patterns sneak in. 🚀 You’ve got this. Every day is a chance to reset and take care of YOU. Drop a 💙 if you’ve struggled with bingeing, and let’s work through it together! .
