HIGH PROTEIN BANANA BARK 🍌🥜🍫 This was my most popular recipe of 2024, and it’s still one of my favorite healthy sweet snacks to make! I love keeping this in the freezer for anytime I want a sweet snack or dessert!  I used my favorite @Promix Nutrition Madagascar Vanilla whey protein powder in this recipe! I love it because its made with clean ingredients and adds the perfect sweet vanilla taste 🍦 You can use my code ✨CLAIRE✨ for 10% off Promix!  Makes about 8 servings: 123 cals, 8g protein, 12g carb, 5g fat  Ingredients:  - 2 ripe bananas  - 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt  - 1 serving @promix vanilla protein powder (discount code ‘CLAIRE’) - 2 tbsp natural peanut butter Toppings:  - 1 oz dark chocolate - 1 tbsp natural peanut butter - 1 tbsp crushed peanuts  - Pinch of sea salt  How to:  - Peel and thinly slice bananas.  - Line a small tray or cutting board with parchment paper and arrange the banana slices in an even layer. - Add the greek yogurt, protein powder and 2 tbsp of peanut butter to a bowl. 5 ingredient chocolate chip cookie dough bark! It’s gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and refined sugar free, and so easy to make. Plus, soo incredibly delicious! Cookie Dough: •1 1/2 cups almond flour •1/8 tsp salt •1/3 cup pure maple syrup •1 tbsp coconut oil, melted •1/4 cup dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate (see recipe notes) Chocolate Shell: •1/2 cup dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate (see recipe notes) •1 tsp coconut oil Instructions: 1. First, make the cookie dough: add the almond flour, salt, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil to a bowl and mix until smooth then fold in the chocolate. 2. Next, make the chocolate shell: melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until melted (in the microwave or on the stovetop using the double boiler method) then set aside. 3. Add the cookie dough to a tray lined with parchment paper and smooth it out with a separate piece of parchment paper. Top with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional). 4. Place in the freezer until frozen (at least 1 hour), then break into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer. How to seed cycle: PHASE 1: Day 1 of cycle (first day of bleed) until ovulation - take 1tbsp ground raw flax seed and 1tbsp ground raw pumpkin seed. (About 14 days usually) PHASE 2: ovulation until end of cycle- then at ovulation switch to 1tbsp ground raw sesame seeds and 1tbsp ground raw sunflower seeds up until you start your period and you switch back.  Sea salt chocolate covered pistachio seed cycling bars:  - 1/2 cup rolled oats -1/2 cup dark chocolate chips -14 TBSP ground sesame seed -14 TBSP ground sunflower seed -1 cup chocolate protein powder -2TBSP special dark cacao powder - 1/2 cup pistachios -1/4 cup honey -1/4 cup almond milk 1. Add oats to food processor and lightly chop. 2. Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips and blend until completely mixed. Should be crumbly but sticks together when pressed. 3. Add to a parchment lined pan and pressed flat. 4. Melt chocolate chips (optional 1tbsp coconut oil) and drizzle over top  4. Top with sea salt. Can add more pistachios and I added bee pollen too! 5. HIGH PROTEIN 🍫CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER LAVA CAKE You won’t believe this healthy dessert is high-protein, low-carb, and completely flourless! 🍫  Here is how I made it: Ingredients: * 2 servings blended cottage cheese (about half a 16oz tub) * 2 eggs * 3-4 tbsp powdered monkfruit (or sweetener of choice) * 2.5 tbsp cacao powder (use 3 tbsp for a richer taste) * Splash of vanilla extract * Optional:a sprinkle of chocolate chips * Optional: Powdered Peanut butter for the frosting Directions: 1️⃣ Blend 8oz cottage cheese in a small food processor until smooth and transfer to an oven-safe dish.
2️⃣ Crack in 2 eggs and mix until combined.
3️⃣ Add cacao powder (adjust for desired darkness). I like 3 tbsp, but you do you.
4️⃣ Stir in 3-4 tbsp powdered monkfruit or preferred sweetener.
5️⃣ Add a splash of vanilla extract & mix thoroughly.
6️⃣ Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, if desired, and add 1 to 2 tsp peanut butter inside. To make this lower calorie, skip the pb here and just top it with the lower calorie pb frosting below. Shake it so it somewhat submerges into the cake.
7️⃣ Pop it into the oven and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
8️⃣ Remove, let cool for 2 minutes, then enjoy! To make this lower calorie and 250 calories a serving, skip adding the peanut butter inside. Just top it with a lower calorie peanut butter frosting mix 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter with 1-2 tbsp water and 1 tsp powdered monkfruit. I promise, its just as good!
