120g PROTEIN LOW CARB PIZZA🍕 MACROS AND CALORIES; 8 slices (servings) PER SLICE- 74 calories 2g fat 5g carb 9g protein INGREDIENTS; - 1/4 cup flour - 1 cup cottage cheese - 2 whole eggs - salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning - 1/2 cup pizza sauce - 3/4 cup Low fat mozzarella Cheese - 10 turkey pepperonis INSTRUCTIONS; - In a kitchen aid (or mixing bowl) combine flour, cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and mix - once mixed, pour batter on to a pan topped with parchment paper and spread thin into a round crust - Cook on 375 for 15mins, then take the crust out and flip it over cooking for another 10mins - Once cooked, top with 1/2 cup pizza sauce, mozzarella, and turkey pepperonis. - Place back in the over for 10mins until crust becomes firm, cut into 8 slices and enjoy! Seasonings: @Simply Organic smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, @Graza olive oil Instructions: 1. Season sweet potatoes with above seasonings and olive oil, and bake at 450°until crispy 2. Season chicken with above seasonings and bake at 450° until internal temp reaches 165°. Once fully cooked, use hand mixer to shred chicken, then mix in 3/4 bottle of buffalo sauce 3. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lime zest and juice, honey, ranch seasoning, and green onion and mix well. Then, add in coleslaw and blue cheese and mix u til well combined 4. IG is Ellie_teale btw just in case 😚😚 Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes  2 chicken breasts 2-3 tbsp @FAGE Greek yogurt  1 avocado  Juice of 1 lime Bunch of fresh cilantro 1 garlic clove Drizzle of @Mike’s Hot Honey  @Cholula Hot Sauce Chipotle sauce A few tbsp @Good Culture cottage cheese @Mission Foods and @Siete Foods tortillas 2 sweet potatoes, diced @Yellowbird Foods sriracha Seasonings: @Simply Organic onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, @Graza olive oil  Instructions: 1. Season sweet potatoes with above seasonings and olive oil, and bake at 425° for an hour or so, until crispy 2. In a pot, bring water and chicken to a boil until internal temp of chicken reaches 165° 3. Shred chicken, then add in cottage cheese, cilantro, chipotle sauce, and seasonings above minus smoked paprika 4. Add shredded chicken to tortillas and fold in half  5. Brown quesadillas on both sides in pan until crispy 6. In a blender, combine yogurt, avocado, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, cilantro, and a little water and blend until smooth  7. Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes  1 lb ground beef  1/2 yellow onion, diced 1 cup @FAGE Greek yogurt 2 garlic cloves, minced Juic of 1 lemon  3 tbsp @KerrygoldUSA butter 1 lb @Rao’s Homemade pasta  Chopped parsley Cherry tomatoes, diced  Seasonings: curry powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper  Instructions:  1. Add ground beef to a pan and mince, then add in onion and above seasonings (season with your heart!!). Cook beef until very well done and almost crispy as Anna says  2. Boil then drain noodles  3. In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic and lemon juice and mix well 4. Melt butter and then add in a lot of smoked paprika and mix well 5. Assemble, starting with noodles, then yogurt sauce, then beef, then butter sauce, then parsley and tomoatoes  6. I filled the peppers with ground turkey, black beans and corn seasoned with taco seasoning. One-pan Tuscan chicken and orzo 🍅🌿 full recipe below!! ✨  Ingredients: - boneless skinless chicken thighs - garlic powder - Italian seasoning - salt & pepper - 1 onion - fresh spinach - olive oil - garlic - sun dried tomatoes - 2 cups orzo - 3 cups chicken broth - 1/2 cup heavy cream - grated parmesan  Instructions: - season both sides of the chicken thighs - heat olive oil in a large sauté pan (mine is from @Caraway Home - code “EATSWITHALLY10” gets you 10% off)  - brown both sides of the chicken thighs and remove from the pan (they do not have to be fully cooked yet) - sauté onions and garlic - mix in sun dried tomatoes and orzo, and pan fry for 1 minute - add in chicken broth, stir, and bring to a boil  - add chicken thighs to pan, cover with a lid, lower heat, and simmer 10-15 minutes until chicken and orzo are cooked through - remove chicken from pan and stir in chopped spinach, heavy cream, and parmesan, heat through #dinner #DinnerIdeas #dinnerinspo #dinnerrecipe #weeknightdinner #onepanmeal #easydinner #easydinnerideas #EasyRecipe #healthydinner #healthydinnerideas #Recipe #FriendsofCaraway
