As someone who doesn’t drink a lot of alcohol, I’m always looking for yummy and fun drinks to have and bonus points if they have benefits. The Pink Lady Apple flavor is my favorite! What healthy habits are you creating in 2025?! ingredients: 1 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces 1 Tbsp arrowroot powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp olive oil 12 oz Green beans sesame seeds honey garlic sauce: 1/4 cup chicken broth 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp arrowroot powder Directions: Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Mix together, 1 tablespoon of arrowroot powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and then toss with the chicken till everything is coated. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook until lightly browned. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer to a plate and set aside. Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil onto the skillet. Add green beans and season with salt and pepper. Sauté green beans for about six minutes, while things are cooking, whisk the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey garlic in a small bowl, add the chicken back to the pan with the green beans pour the honey garlic sauce over the top, bring the sauce to a boil, then turn down the heat and let sauce until sauce thickens. serve over rice and top with sesame seeds!
