If a client mentions it’s been 5+ years since or has never had a trim they would more than likely need a haircut and extreme treatment. My client hasn’t had a trim or her hair pressed in years, she mostly wears it in a bun. Overtime, that causes breakage and splits up the hair shaft. #5 imagine you come in for the first & it goes like this 😵‍💫😂🫣 For one, Keitha & I have been rocking for a min now ☺️! (As long as it’s flat enough she doesn’t care how it looks 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I start zig zagging for no reason) We tried twist for the longest to help retain moisture… BUT THIS routine is what changed her game. • • 💎simple braid down w/o extra hair & minimal product. She takes it down right before she sees me (2-3 weeks). 🌿She’s able to focus on scalp care a lot easier since her hair is SO THICK!
