Let’s meal prep snacks for my toddlers! I had a lot of these things in my fridge already - i was trying to focus on snacks with protein and substance to keep them fuller longer! Here’s what you need: Protein muffin bites: * favorite protein pancake mix for the base (i love using @KodiakCakes ) * toppings of choice such as fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter etc. * mini muffin pan Mix your protein pancake mix as normal for the base. Pour the mixture in a greased mini muffin pan. Add different toppings to each muffin & mix well with a toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Turkey Cheese rollups: * croissant dough * deli meat of choice (we use turkey) * cheese Unroll the crescent dough and place your meat & cheese inside. Wrap each crescent up and cook at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce or plain! Frozen yogurt bark: * vanilla yogurt * fruit  * sprinkles Spread your yogurt over parchment paper and make an even layer. Add fruit and/or sprinkles. Place in your freezer for 1 hour then break apart the bark and serve immediately. I do make another version often with sourdough discard I can post as well. full recipe below to easily screenshot! 🤎 In mixing bowl combine: 3/4 cup of ap flour  1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp butter  6oz or 1 cup cheese 1-2 tbsp water mix together until everything is well incorporated and crumbly.  knead with your hands to form into a dough, add to piece of plastic wrap. flatten and form to a square like shape. wrap and set in fridge for 30 minutes. split in two and add to floured parchment papers. roll out as thing as possible and cut into squares.  brush with with oil and create a whole in the middle of each piece.  sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes until cripsy and hard. eat the whole bowl in one night 😝 #homemadefood #homemadecheeseitz #cheezits #cheezitcrackers #homemakertiktok #homemadekitchenrestock #foodfromscratch #kidssnacks #homemadesnacks #snacksfromscratch #crunchymom #healthykidssnacks
