Or do you grab the shrimp and veggies you have in your freezer and throw it in a pan for 5 minutes?  👉🏻 Or you planned to get a leg day in but your knee pain is flaring up.  Do you use that as an excuse to skip the gym? Or do you switch to an upper body day? 👉🏻Or you packed a lunch to bring to work, but you forgot it at home.  Do you make the healthiest choice possible given what’s available to you? Or do you throw your hands up and hit the drive through for a burger and fries?  Do you see how all of these choices could add up so quickly? And how with just a little bit of flexibility in allowing your plans to shift, you could stay on track a lot more often than you do right now?
