For day 12/30 in my 30 days of healthy meal series I have a high protein margarita 🍕 • It’s only 598 calories and 52 grams of protein for the WHOLE thing!! The recipe: - add 1 cup of cottage cheese to a bowl, then remove about 2 spoonfuls - add 1/3 cup of flour and 1 egg and mix everything together - evenly spread the mixture onto parchment paper in a circular shape (not too thick or too thin) - cook at 375° in oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the middle isn’t too soft - take out and put 1/2 cup of marinara sauce, 1/4 cup of lite shredded mozzarella, spinach, baby tomato’s, and more mozzarella cheese chunks - place back in oven at 400° for another 10-15 minutes - cut and enjoy!
