Weeknight Crispy Salmon Rice Bowls These weeknight crispy salmon rice bowls are absolutely loaded with protein and come together in under 15 minutes thanks to @Minute Rice Jalapeño Rice Cups. The salmon is beautifully charred and savory, which pairs perfectly with the juicy, crispy veggies and flavor-packed Minute Rice.  I hope you enjoy! Recipe yields 2 servings Ingredients:
2 Minute Jalapeño Rice Cups
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, minced
1 lb salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup shelled edamame
2-3 veggies of your choice, chopped
Sauces and sesame seeds for serving (I like to use teriyaki and spicy mayo) Instructions: 1. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and ginger to a large bowl and mix until combined. Add the salmon and toss until fully coated. 2. Add the salmon pieces to an air fryer basket and cook at 425°F for 10 minutes or until browned and the internal temperature reaches 145°F. 3. While the salmon cooks, chop your veggies and prepare the Minute Rice cups according to the package instructions. 4. Once the salmon is cooked, add the rice to a shallow bowl, followed by the salmon, edamame, veggies, and finally your sauces and sesame seeds (if using). #MinuteRicePartner #ad #healthyrecipe #Recipe

(And yes, I’ve made this before but the audio got deleted so here’s my reinstatement of it 🫡)  You’ll Need:  - ~ 2lbs steak bites (i used New York but use what you prefer!) - 1 Tbs olive oil  - 2 Tbs honey - 3 Tbs soy sauce - 1/4 cup water - minced garlic (measure with your heart) - 1 Tbs cornstarch - 1 Tbs of oregano - salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika (for meat) You’ll Need To Do: - season meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika (measure with your heart) - Heat a pan over medium high heat - Mix oil, honey, soy sauce, water, garlic, vinegar, cornstarch, and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Whisk together until no lumps - Pour half of mixture into heated pan. Let it get “sticky” and move around to make sure it doesn’t stick.  - Add meat to pan and combine everything together - once meat is halfway cooked, pour the other half of mixture into the pan and allow to finish cooking the meat - serve over rice, noodles, veggies, etc! #cooking #dinner #dinnerrecipes #EasyRecipes #food #easydinner #healthyrecipe

Ingredients👇  • Salmon filet • Corn flakes • Egg • Short grain rice • Mirin • Paprika • Chili podwer • Onion powder • Soy sauce • Mayo • Olive oil • Spray oil • Sweet chilli sauce • Cucumber • Green onion • Avocado • Seaweed  • Sesame seeds Instructions👇 Salmon preparation: Cube your salmon filet into 1.5in thick cubes. Coat in olive oil, soy sauce, and seasonings listed above — Coat cubes in egg, then fully cover in crushed cornflakes (Spray with neutral oil for extra crispiness) — Airfry at 370°F for 7 minutes.  Sauce preparation: Add mayo, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce into a bowl. Mix until fully combined. Rice preparation: Rinse 2 cups of short grain white rice until water runs clear — Add to rice cooker with a little less than double the amount or water. Cook for 20 min (dont stir) — Remove from heat and add a few splashes of mirin — Mix until fluffy.
