Replying to @fitnesswithfrancesca HIGH PROTEIN CHICKEN ENCHILADAS🐓 INGREDIENTS: -1/2 cup diced onions -table spoon minced garlic -2 cups Shredded chicken -small can of green chillies -1/2 cup Shredded cheese -1 can enchilada sauce -1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt -low carb tortillas -(optional) avocado, cilantro, and hot sauce of choice to serve DIRECTIONS: 1. Pre heat oven to 375 2. Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until fragrant 3. Nice together all other ingredients in the pot 4. Put about 1/2 cup of filling on a low carb tortilla and wrap it up lining them tight in a dish 5. top with shredded cheese and remaining enchilada sauce 4. bake on 375degrees for 30 mins 5.
