Cajun Shrimp Dip 1 tbsp butter 1/4 onion chopped 1 red pepper chopped 1 lb cooked shrimp chopped 2 tbsps minced garlic Cajun seasoning to taste 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sour cream 8oz mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. sliced green onions setting aside some for garnish Handful of cheese (I used Colby Jack, but you can use parm cheese and mozzarella) to top and melt under broiler til desired color Preheat Oven to 350 In medium heat pan melt butter and add pepper and onion cooking til soft Pushing to the side add shrimp and garlic, creole seasoning, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce letting cook til fragrant to give shrimp some color before mixing together In a smaller oven save dish add everything from pan, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onion and slightly mix Bake at 350 for 15-25 mins til bubbly Top with cheese and broil til desired color, sprinkle on green onion and serve hot with THICK chips or toaster baguettes For smoker: 250 for 2 hours stirring halfway
