✨Indulge in these decadent Nutella brownies that are ooey-gooey and utterly irresistible! 🍫Fudgy, rich, and bursting with the creamy goodness of my homemade Nutella, each bite is a heavenly experience. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or impressing your friends! My favorite brownie toppings are chocolate chips (the more the merrier) and walnuts. RECIPE - into a microwave save bowl add 200g of dark chocolate and 1 stick of butter (I love @kerrygoldusa), I used salted but if you use unsalted make sure to add a pinch of salt! - add 200g of sugar and whisk in until it's dissolved - mix in 3 eggs, one by one, making sure they're fully mixed in - add 150g of flour and some walnuts - spread Nutella on top like I showed on the video, I have a recipe for my homemade Nutella a couple of reels before this one! - bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, just check in around 25 minute mark - enjoy with a hot cup of coffee #nutellalove #nutella #homemadenutella #brownies #brownierecipe #homemadebrownies #chocolaterecipe #chocolatelover #bakingrecipe #bakingtiktok
Homemade Nutella Do you have a bowl of in-shell mixed nuts leftover from the holidays? Let’s put those to good use! In 15 minutes you’ll have an incredible, vegan homemade Nutella! Ingredients: 2 C Hazelnuts, shelled 1/4 Cup Date Sugar* 1/4 Cup Powdered Cacao 2 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil** 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract *I use date sugar because I like the texture, flavor, and glycemic index! However, any sugar you’d like to use will work here! ** Swap with any neutral oil you have on hand. Preheat your oven to 400° F (205° C) Roast the shelled hazelnuts (dry- no oil) on an unlined baking sheet for 5-6 minutes until the nuts turn slightly more brown. Let cool enough to handle and remove as much as the skins as possible with either your fingers or rubbing the hazelnuts in a kitchen towel. Add nuts to a high speed blender (I’m using a @vitamix) or a food processor, process until nuts are broken down then add grapeseed oil. Blend until combined. Add in cacao, date sugar, and vanilla and then blend until completely smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store on the counter for up to two weeks or in the fridge for up to two months! Don’t forget to toss the shells into your compost bin, the garden, or even use them in houseplants for drainage! #Hazelnut #HomemadeNutella #lowwaste #zerowaste #slowliving #veganrecipe #vegetarianrecipe #Denver #urbanhomestead
