Homemade bagels. In a large bowl, add 1 1/2 cups warm water (roughly 110 degrees), 1 tbsp active dry yeast, and 1 tbsp honey. Stir and allow the yeast to bloom. Once your yeast is activated, add 2tsp salt and 4 cups of either bread or all purpose flour. Stir until the dough sticks to your spatula, then get in there with your hands to knead. Knead for roughly 5-10 minutes. Once your flour is fully incorporated and the dough is no longer sticking to your hands, place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with either Saran Wrap or a damp cloth. Allow your dough to double in size (roughly 60-90 minutes). Once doubled, punch down the air and cut into 8 pieces. Shape into bagels. After your bagels are shaped, bring a large pot of water to a boil - add a little baking soda and honey. Drop each bagel in and cook for 30 seconds on each side. Place bagels on a baking sheet and add whatever toppings you desire. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until golden. You just made homemade bagels. Guess I’m just going to make this a series 🤪 things you can start making yourself and they are probably way easier than you think! These I make so often. They are so easy and honestly pretty fool proof. I make them all the time, like mornings like this morning when I had nothing to make for breakfast and don’t have all the time for bread to rise etc. My kids love to just eat them with butter or jelly, they will even snack on them throughout the day. You do not want this to boil! - Pour into molds, let sit for about 5 minutes, then place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.  - If making sour gummies, toss them in the sugar/acid mix!

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE PROTEIN BLISS BALLS🍓 If you grew up loving strawberry shortcake ice cream bars, you are going to want to prep my OG strawberry shortcake protein bliss balls. Taste like the real deal but made with healthier good for you ingredients. Strawberry short cake bliss balls: 1 1/2 cups raw organic cashews soaked and rinsed (soaked for at least 4 hours in hot water) 1/4 cup raw coconut butter  1/4 cup organic coconut flour or almond flour 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil melted  7 organic medjool dates (pits removed) 2 tsp alcohol free vanilla extract 1 cup freeze dried organic strawberries 1 1/2 scoops @Truvani vanilla protein powder 1-2 scoops @Perfect Supplements collagen powder 1/4 cup water Instructions: 1. Soak cashews in hot water for at least 4 hours to softened and then drain and rinse 2. Soak medjool dates in hot water to soften if not fresh and are hard. I soak mine in hot water for 30 minutes. 3. Add all ingredients except freeze dried strawberries to food processor and process for about 15-20 seconds or until combined  4. Test the batter, it should be able to roll easily into balls 5. If too dry and crumbly add extra water and process 5-10 seconds 6. If too wet add 1 Tbsp at a time of coconut or almond flour until you get desired consistency 7. Add in freeze dried strawberries and PULSE a couple times. I like to keep strawberries chunky 8. With a Tbsp ice cream scoop, scoop out batter, and roll into 21 bite size balls 9. Part 2  What you’ll need:  - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp sugar - 1/2 tsp chili powder - 1/2 tsp cayenne - 1/2 tsp habanero powder (I subbed hab tajin) - 1/2 tsp powdered citric acid (or lemon koolaid powder) - White corn tortillas - Oil for frying - 1/2 lime Cut small circles from your tortillas, then microwave them until malleable, around 15 seconds.
