I made just a couple simple changes that have completely transformed the way I feel, mentally & physically, the way I look at myself & the way I look, and I want to share them with you! For starters, I began drinking 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water daily, I focused on getting enough protein at every meal - aiming for about .8g per pound of my ideal weight.
