You're gonna go for one ALL OUT superset with the following rep scheme: - 30 light, 20 mid, 8-10 heavy, then 12 mid, 15 light, using rest-pause technique to go beyond failure on the last three "sets", I want you to do at least two pauses on each of those to get an extra few reps out.
