All you need is a line, and you can do these anywhere—at home, in the gym, or on the field. 👉 How to do it: 1. Hop back and forth over the line as fast as you can. 2. Mix it up: • Go forward and backward over the line. • Try side-to-side hops. • Use both feet for maximum engagement! 🔥 Full Line Jumps Workout: 1. Forward & Backward Jumps (Both Feet) – 4 sets x 15 seconds 2. Side-to-Side Jumps (Both Feet) – 4 sets x 15 seconds 3. Forward & Backward Jumps (Single Leg) – 3 sets x 10 seconds per leg 4. Side-to-Side Jumps (Single Leg) – 3 sets x 10 seconds per leg 5. Explosive Bursts (Both Feet) – 5 sets x 10 seconds (jump as fast and high as possible!)
