life in my 20s episode 2: building healthy habits & doing it for you 🎧🖤 I know I focused a lot more on prioritizing movement in this video but the main point I was trying to get across is that it takes time to find what works for you in different seasons. instead of finding the “perfect” routine, find & prioritize the little joys that genuinely make you feel good & have a positive impact on your day to day life. seasons change, routines change, & it can be hard to stay disciplined, but never forget to prioritize you (whatever that looks like) 🫶🏻
