One of My Favorite Vietnamese Food. Cravings. Crispy Bรกnh Xรจo ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ”ฅ. Recipe: Instructions ๐Ÿ“ 1 Bag of Banh Xeo Batter. You can find these at Asian Supermarkets. If not use Rice Flour.  1. In a mixing bowl, add your Batter Mix, 8 ounces of Coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ Milk, and 3 1/4 Cup of Cold Water.  2. Add 2 Tbsp of Turmeric, and Chopped Scallions. Whisk & Combine well.  * Let it rest for 20-30 Mins 3. Let your pan get Hot without no oil for a few minutes.  - Bring the Heat down to Medium. Add a tiny bit of oil. - Add your Fillings in the order of (Pork, Sliced Onions ๐Ÿง…, then Shrimp ๐Ÿฆ). 4. Give you Batter a quick Whisk. Ladle in your Batter on to the Pan as shown in Video.  Give it a Swirl to evenly coat your Pan.  * Any empty Spot, carefully pour a little batter to fill it in. Give it another gentle swirl.  5. Add your Bean Sprouts. - Cover with a Lid (2-3 Mins, depending on size of pan and Heat of Stove). 6. Remove Lid, gently drizzle a little around the Crepes (as shown on Video). 7. Using a Spatula. Life, Swirl, and Tilt. Spreading the Sizzling Oil for a Crispy Crepe.  8. Let this Cook, uncovered for a few seconds. Gently Fold. Remove from Pan, and Plate.
