COPYCAT CRUMBL CINNAMON SWIRL COOKIES🤤 Crumbl is one of my favorite guilty pleasures so I made these healthier alternatives that are low carb/ low sugar! INGREDIENTS: Vanilla Sugar Cookies- -1 1/2 cups almond flour -1/4 cup coconut flour -1/2 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener -3/4 tsp baking powder -1/4 tsp salt -6 tbsp softened butter -2 large eggs -1 tsp vanilla extract Cinnamon Sugar- -1 1/2 tbsp softened butter -1 1/2 tsp cinnamon -3 tbsp powdered sugar-free sweetener Cream Cheese Frosting- -1/2 cup softened cream cheese -1/4 cup softened butter -1 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener -1/2 tsp vanilla extract DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine all dry cookie ingredients. Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla, and stir until dough forms. 3. Form dough into balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten to desired thickness. 4. Bake for about 10 mins or until golden with slightly browned edges. Allow them to cool. 5. For the cinnamon sugar, combine softened butter, cinnamon, and sweetener and stir until smooth. Spread a layer evenly over each cooled cookie. 6. To make frosting, combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sweetener, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. 7. Add frosting to a plastic bag, cut the corner, and pipe frosting in a swirl pattern on top of each cookie. 8. Enjoy these guilt free!
