6 COSTCO MEAL IDEAS: 1. Egg white wraps: (see my recipe video).  2. Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap: (rotisserie chicken, Carb Balance tortilla, rotisserie chicken, Caesar salad kit, I use @Bolthouse Farms Caesar dressing) 3. Turkey Wraps: usually for my kids I’ll spread cream cheese on a tortilla add turkey and roll into a circle, then I cut it into little circular bites and rebrand them as “turkey wheels” and my kids love them. Usually serve with carrot sticks.  4. Ground beef teriyaki bowls: ground beef, bell pepper, broccoli, edamame, shredded carrots cooked with garlic and teriyaki sauce. Serve over white rice. 5. Salmon Bowls: cook salmon in air fryer, serve with white rice, sea weed, kewpie mayo, soy sauce, and chili sauce. (Shockingly this is my kids favorite meal they love the seaweed as a snack too).  6.
