Single Serving Galbi-Tang (Korean Soup)🇰🇷🥩 It’s such a clean and flavorful broth with minimal ingredients!😋🧅 ❤️Let me know if you want the exact prices for this series!💵💲 ✎Ingredients: *1 beef rib @Whole Foods Market $12.99/lb *3-5 cups of water *3 garlic cloves (smashed) *1/2 onion (cut in half) *1/2 cup radish (cut into huge pieces) *3 slices of ginger *2 green onions (white part for soup, green part for garnish) *sesame oil *salt and pepper to taste All the other ingredients should be $5 or less Directions: 1. Optional - Soak the rib in cold water for 30 mins 2. Blanch short rib for 5 mins to get rid of impurities 3. Drain and rinse short rib with cold water until water runs clear 4. In a small pot, add short rib, onions, whites of green onions, radish, and garlic with cold water 5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 90 mins 6. Take out the onion, whites on green onion, garlic, and ginger out 7. Slice up radish into bite size pieces 8. Season broth to your liking 9. Cut short ribs into slices 10.
