With the fires spreading rapidly, we took the decision to leave LA as a precautionary measure. My gut said to go & I’m not someone who ignores that. My family are everything to me & ensuring my sweet lil’ guy Rafi & best savage girl Bea are safe are my #1 priorities. I will share that it’s scary to have to pack up & leave your home, all your possessions & pack the things that matter the most. Everything is uncertain right now & it’s been a challenge watching it all unfold whilst fire spreads & surrounds you - feeling helpless - trying to figure out what’s best for my family. This is an unprecedented, dynamic & challenging situation which is not under control & there are just too many unknowns. And we are the lucky ones. I’m so grateful we are now in a safe place. In LA many people have lost absolutely everything. It’s devastating. The conditions are apoplectic. Still the winds blow & the fires are still not contained.
