Small changes make a big difference! 🤝👇🏼 Both squats work your quads and glutes, but you can focus on one to grow it faster: 🦵🏼 Quad-focused: Bend your knees as much as you can (this is called knee-flexion, think “bend at the knees”) and squat as low as you can. The more you bend your knees, the more you will stretch your quad (the better the gains). Ideally you want your knees to go past your toes! 🍑 Glute-focused: Hinge at your hips like you're sitting back in a chair or getting into the car (this is called hip flexion, think “hinge at the hips”).
